Tina Kautter‘s nearly 30+ years in association management have afforded her many opportunities to display her talents. She is widely known for her expertise in the fields of communication, strategic planning, membership, and meeting planning.
She holds the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives, and majored in journalism and business management at Brevard and Seminole Community College. She has received further training in the Communications Certificate Program of the American Society of Association Executives.
As an ex-officio member of the ASAE Board of Directors and Chairman of the ASAE Management Company Section Board, Tina is on the cutting edge of information in the field of association management. She is widely recognized as an expert in her profession, and she has published articles and interviews in local, state, and national publications on various topics. She has received the “Volunteer of the Year Award” from Central Florida Businesses, and is Past President of the Florida Association of Crime Stoppers (FACS) and Southeastern Region Crime Stoppers. She also served on the Governor’s Drug Task Force (FL) for an extended term.
In addition to Tina’s expertise, she is an engaging and popular speaker who is able to galvanize an audience, a Board of Directors, or a committee into action through her power of persuasion, reason, and enthusiasm. She is particularly adept in leading groups in decision-making and planning sessions.
